I never know what to expect when I order flowers online. However with downtown flowers they were far from disappointing. The actual flowers matched the image on the site (if not better). I didn’t even get the deluxe or premium option, just the standard. All the flowers were bloomed, alive & beautifully organized & smelled delicious. I typically do not leave reviews but wanted to share my experience since it was beyond my expectations. Would order from here again and again.
