Barbara and the crew at Downtown Flowers really went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. I called them up to have flowers sent to my wife at work. Two hours later, my wife sends me a picture of the arrangement. It was gorgeous. Thank you guys so much! You've got a customer for life!
