Exceeded all my expectations. I ordered flowers for my sister from Texas. I had to speak with the owner a few times regarding the order. She was very kind and attentive. My GF loved the flowers sent to her from Downtown Flowers and said they made her day. I have been going to Downtown Flowers for several years now. They always go above and beyond and Valentine's Day was just another example of this. I ordered a pre noon delivery to my wife's job. The driver showed up at a great time. Unfortunately my wife's building won't let delivery drivers in to the upper floors. Someone named Aaron reached out to my wife, but she had left her phone in the car. He attempted to call me a couple of times, then finally texted. He said once she can meet him down in the lobby, the flowers will get delivered. Some time had passed and then I get another text from him saying she got ahold of him and they were going to deliver the flowers. First of all, I love how the driver didn't just leave the flowers there, secondly, I loved how he stayed in contact with me up until they got delivered. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend using Downtown Flowers. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you Mark for your kind words; Aaron is my nephew, and he always goes above & beyond with his customer service. We know how important it is to get flowers especially on Valentine's Day;)
