Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I placed a same-day “just because” delivery order for my husband because he was already having a “day” before he’d even left the house. Ugh, we’ve all been there. Not only did Downtown Flowers have a beautiful selection of flowers and plants to choose from but they are also located super close to his office and offered same-day delivery on most of their items. I selected a beautiful little money tree and sent it along with some words of love, support, and encouragement. The little tree arrived just a couple hours later. He was so surprised and moved by the gesture and sent me a picture of it right away. It was even more beautiful in person than the picture online! In fact, the leaves were so shiny and perfect looking he asked if it was real.
