Everything went very smooth and the friend who received this plant was very pleased . I especially liked that I got an email letting me know the plant was delivered... would use this florist again . You rock!

Ordered flowers from out of state to be delivered to a friend, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. When one of the blooms I'd selected was unavailable, Downtown called to make sure I was okay with substituting before changing the order. The flowers were delivered exactly on time. My friend loved the flowers, and the picture she sent me of what was delivered looked even better than what had been shown online when I ordered.

Girlfriend who I got the flowers delivered to loved it. So I really can't be more happy. Also saw a picture and looked very close to the preview picture I saw at checkout. Order made early morning and delivered by mid afternoon. Very happy!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
