I ordered for the first time this week for my son’s birthday. I wanted to surprise him at work with flowers, which is something I haven’t done before and thought it was a great idea! I called and Barbara picked up the phone right away, I didn’t get voicemail or a programmed dial by number. She was super friendly, patient, and listened to what I was looking for, and made great recommendations for a switch. We changed the flower color since the arrangement was for pink flowers originally. They sent confirmation as soon as I ordered, delivered on time, sent pictures of the final product, and personally thanked me for my order. In a time when customer service is sorely lacking in every sector, that sure was not the situation with Downtown Flowers. They were great! I have ordered from other places and didn’t get anything but a copy of my bill (I got that too!). I would gladly order again from them anytime! Thanks so much for a beautiful bouquet - it made my son’s birthday a huge hit!

I ordered from the UK and the website was very easy to use. The communication was excellent and I received confirmation of delivery. The flowers were very fresh and as pictured. I will definitely buy from here again.
