She was so happy and surprised. When she wasn't at work (where I expected her to be), downtown texted her and brought the bouquet to her location. Downtown went the extra mile for an out-of-towner. Thank you!

Needed to find a local florist who could deliver flowers to a special person in my life at USC medical. Since I'm not from around there, I didn't have any idea who to go with. I wanted quality, unique design, affordability and quick delivery. I got all that! I'm still not used to spending so much money on flowers but I realize that is the times. I was happy to spend the money as long as it was gorgeous AND would look just like the picture. Downtown Flowers did just that! I was extremely happy with our order. The flowers were beautiful, they looked as good as the picture on the website if not better. I requested delivery before lunch and was very delightedly when they were delivered by 10 am.
