26 April 20261st time using Downtown Flowers and it definitely won’t be the last. We live out of state and ordered a BDay gift for our daughter who lives in DTLA. They were the 4th shop we called but the 1st place that personally answered the phone instead of an A.I. bot at the other places directing us to a website. The gentleman we spoke to answered all our questions and made the whole process easy. We got a text with a short video confirming the delivery was on time.
