Our Plant Policy

Downtown Flowers guarantees that we offer healthy plants that have received our diligent, professional care and maintenance. We also offer our expert advice on planting and care instructions with any purchase. We do not however have the ability to guarantee the weather, plant predators, airborne plant diseases, soil and location that it is planted, or the care it receives will ensure that the plant will survive. While we do have a non-return plant policy, We will in the first 7 days of buying or receiving a plant exchange for you, if it is dead or does not look healthy, but you would have to bring in to our store for the exchange. Typical maintenance for plants: watering, insect control, fertilizing, etc are the buyers responsibility. If any of these maintenance needs are not met, this may void the 7 day exchange policy.
