Barbara from Downtown Flowers was amazing. I am out of state and needed to send a special arrangement to my son at a LA hotel, and it needed to be size appropriate for air travel back to East Coast. Barbara took the time to walk me through options and sent me photos of ideas. She was so very helpful and pleasant and the arrangement wound up being just beautiful. Hope another special person visit LA soon, so I have cause to use Downtown Flowers again!
